Cancellation policy

If after registering, you find you cannot participate in CLIL Connect 2026, the following terms apply:

• Cancellation until 1 month (28 calendar days) prior to the first day of the conference: you pay €50

• Cancellation less than 1 month (28 calendar days) before the first day of the conference: you pay the full fee

To cancel your registration, please do so in writing via clilconnect@iclon.leidenuniv.nl.

It is possible to transfer your registration to a colleague, as long as this is no more than five working days prior to the start of the conference. In this case, please contact the organisers via clilconnect@iclon.leidenuniv.nl.

If the organisers cancel the CLIL Connect Conference: no payment is required.
